Returns & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

A return or refund request may be accepted only if:

• The product collection is completely unused.
• The original seal and packaging are intact.
• The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.
• The product is returned in its original condition, without any signs of use, damage, or tampering.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

• The product seal has been opened or broken.
• The packaging has been tampered with.
• The product has been partially or fully used.
• The return request is raised after 3 days of delivery.

Abhyangasnan by Rituva reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving a refund, replacement, or return request.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share:

• Your order details.
• Clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
• Any other information required for verification.

Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, an appropriate refund or replacement will be provided.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Abhyangasnan by Rituva will bear the applicable return shipping cost.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product has been received and successfully inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Prepaid Orders

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method used while placing the order.

Cash on Delivery Orders

As per our company policy, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

5. Shipping Charges

Original shipping, delivery, or handling charges, if applicable, may be non-refundable.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping charges will be borne by Abhyangasnan by Rituva.

For all other eligible returns, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund has been approved, it will generally be initiated within 7 business days.

The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, card, or payment method may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
